1. Social
We're a social guild that values people as people, we don't care about the number of people in our guild, the guild level or how great your gear is, we only take the nice/rational people. The kind of people that don't just randomly insult eachother without thinking, generally look from eachother's perspective to create a great experience for eachother. In the last few years WoW has gone backwards a lot, with the game becoming more popular and easier, it's more idiot-accessable, we all know it's true, but with a great guild, you can still have a great experience. Here's a couple of types we don't really want:

- The Anti-social Loner: Don't get us wrong, people aren't that great, it's not a crime to be anti-social. But if you're in our guild, it probably wouldnt work out that great if you're not saying a word to anyone.
- The Rager: Hey, bad things happen, a lot, but that doesn't give you a valid excuse to ruin the experience for other players with your behavior. Think about what you're saying!
- Loot/Gold-whores: You want gold? You want loot? Get the heck out of here! Make it on your own and realise a fun community is more important than ''material(or well digital)'' gain.
- Elitists: Alright, you're good, but that doesn't mean you should insult people that aren't as good. We're not going to deny you that you can't be better than others but being ''that guy'' is no fun either.
- The Spammer: You know, social is fun, but a storm of 100 empty messages a second really doesn't add to the atmosphere.
- tht gy (That Guy): th prson tht cnt typ cmplte wrds / guy whose not speaky engrish vry wull (That person who can't type complete words / guy whose english ain't good). It's not a crime to not know a language but if you cant communicate, you're not going to get far.
- Cheaters/Botters: Alright, getting gold might be hard if you don't know how to, but just play the game as everyone else would. Don't feed the goldspammers.
- The Douchebag: The guild master already fills all the douchebag slots available.
- /2 OMG NINJA GUY: Don't spam /2 Trade Chat with a lot of nonsense all day long, it's not there to goof around in.

2. Trading
<Little Thoughts> is a Trade-Friendly guild, we don't charge eachother for a simple press of a button (Portal, Enchanting etc.) nor do we overprice eachother for mats, it's a team effort, give something to the team and the team will be kind to you too, in that aspect. Material gain isn't really a thing we're going for, but it helps in certain situations. Just imagine how happy that Brilliant Inferno Ruby could make someone, he doesn't have to do 5 dailies to get that.
Do note, we aren't here to give you anything, people can help you out if they choose but don't go begging for it, everything can be earned by yourself and it would just be a jerk-move to not bring that 40g foodbuff stack while the other 9 players did.

3. Behavior
Alright, you're in the guild and you've got yourself a shiney new rank, but that doesn't give you a free pass to go around insulting random people. Treat players inside and outside the guild with respect and help them out, it's a team effort and making a good impression for the guild isn't bad for anyone. Let's say you see a hordie with PvP turned on, just kill him once and then move on, you know how annoying it is to be killed around 9 times in a row. Somebody needs your help with a quest, a 30 second detour from your path? Help that guy out, come on, it'll make his day!
You know what? I'm not even going to explain this any more, if you're not that kind of person, just stop reading and find a generic faceless raiding guild.

4. Guild Management
Guild management in our guild is consistant of something original, not an officer circle consistant of corrupt IRL friends but people chosen for their ability to lead/raid and dedication to the guild. We want people that think about their actions before they do, that plan ahead and can actually help the guild evolve in something more than just a bunch of loner raiders doing nothing together. Officers that actually help the guild for the group and not just in self-interest. We're very specific about officers and that's good considering we don't want any random goofball to be able to remove people or dare to act patronizing to someone whose actually right.
Next to that our guild management strives to be more democratic than other guilds as they actually listen to the players and adjust the guild to everyone's needs, not just their own. It's a team effort, so the guild adjusts to the team (well, with a foundation (constitution of sorts) of course).

5. Raiding Requirements and Behavior
When we say we're looking for raiders, we're not looking for exact characters and speccs, that can change, we're not looking for the most incredibly geared/skilled players in the game. We're looking for people that are nice, have potential, can learn about tactics/rotations/gear/talents easily and such. Anyone can join on a 378 ilvl Protection Warrior (for example) but something even rarer to find: A nice/rational person thats a long term dedicated addition to the team. We do have certain requirements though:

- Read/Learn tactics before raid: Know what you're getting into and what which attacks mean, don't just run in blind and expect people who've read the tactics to boost you.
- Flasks/Foodbuffs: You keep screaming to get every possible buff but you won't do 2 dailies to earn the best 2 buffs possible?
- Enchants/Gems: Optimize your gear and know what to put where, like everyone does.
- Potions: Don't scream out of mana if you don't have a free-10k mana potion with you.
- Non-Elitist: We're not going to deny you can raid better than some people or do more DPS, but don't overly rub it in people's faces.
- Non-Lootwhore: Loot is a tool for raiding, Raiding isn't just to get loot, it's to have fun with eachother. Also: In a raiding guild, see loot as something you gain as a group, considering 1 geared person isn't going to save 9 greenies.
- Non-Rager: People make mistakes, accept it and try to teach them how to do it properly, don't yell but give constructive criticism instead.
- Non-RR: People who go around screaming to raid-roll every BoE we find, it's either going to someone who needs it or to guild bank, not a penny of it will ever (directly) go to you, deal with it.
- Headset: Highly preferable considering it adds to the atmosphere and it helps teamwork.
- Attitude: Add to the atmosphere.

6. Loot
Who gets the loot? Even though you shouldn't care too much about this, I'll tell you how we do things anyways.

Loot Council
- We take players in the loot council because of their exceptional knowledge of the stats of all classes, preferably knowing why which stat makes the class better.
- Prefer classes that can use the item 100%, you might be able to reforge it, but you still have 100 points in a stat that's not amazing for you.
- We share these opinions if people ask, instead of just throw the item to a player and don't explain why.
- If there's 2 players that equally need an item and have similar raid attendance, /roll.
- You cannot ask to be in the loot council, it is invite-only.

If players do not like the system and vote against, we will change it into something that people would prefer.

7. Voice Chat
We highly prefer members with a microphone considering it adds to the social aspect in the guild and it is just so much easier in raids, for voice chatting we currently use: Teamspeak. Note we are a voice chat heavy guild, you can be social in the /g chat, but we do have a lot of quiet moments in there.
